สำหรับ สันติภาพ จันทร์หง่อม ย้ายมาร่วมทัพ บีจี ปทุม ยูไนเต็ด ตั้งแต่ฤดูกาล 2020-21 ก่อนจะยึดตำแหน่งตัวหลักเกมรับฝั่งขวา และพาทีมคว้าแชมป์ไทยลีกได้ในฤดูกาลดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ยังพาทีมเข้ารอบ 8 ทีมในศึกเอเอฟซี แชมเปี้ยนส์ลีก 2022 โดยล่าสุดกับฤดูกาล 2022-23 ที่ผ่านมา ลงสนามช่วยทัพ “เดอะ แรบบิท” ไปทั้งหมด 37 นัด (ตัวจริง 32 สำรอง 5 นัด) ทำไป 7 แอสซิสต์ รวมทุกรายการ ก่อนจะได้รับการต่อสัญญาในถิ่นบีจี สเตเดี้ยม ออกไปในที่สุด ⁣

BG Pathum United is delighted to announce that Santipharp Channgom signed a new deal until the 2025-26 season, making him the third player after Sarach Yooyen and Teerasil Dangda who extended their contract with the club.⁣

The 26-year-old defender says, “I’m very happy that the club extends my contract. It reflects my determination towards this club and it’s a great honor for me. My goal for the upcoming season is to win trophies and perform well on the pitch. I’m ready and committed for the upcoming season to make the fans happy again.⁣

Santipharp Channgom joined BG Pathum United in the 2020-21 season and established himself as the club’s main right back and won the Thai League title that season and played a crucial role in the club’s historical run to the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League 2022. In the previous season, Santipharp started 32 games from 35 games across all competitions and managed to deliver 7 assists before signing a new deal to keep himself at BG Stadium.
